Janaína is a black screenwriter embarking on a new audiovisual project. She meets the rest of the team, where all of whom are white, on a farm. Pedro, the leader of the script room, disappears. Janaína investigates and makes unimaginable discoveries.

Two neighboring couples are shocked after their teenage children's fight, with absurd consequences. What could be a common misunderstanding grows and reveals the limits and influence of parents in raising children.

In a small Brazilian seaside town we follow the efforts of Paula, who is pregnant of her third child, to build a pool in her humble beach house, so the family can enjoy the rest of their vacation. Basketball gave teenager Tamiris the chance to study at a private school. There, she began to divide herself between training and theater classes. For the first time in contact with making art, Tamiris discovers other ways to release the energies of her teenage body, until she is abused during a class.

Laura and her mother are spending their vacation on the seashore, in Sao Paulo, at a middle-class beach house. Laura's adolescent body is changing but not in harmony with her coming of age. She's less bothered by that than the situation the two of them find themselves in.

'Whole Man' follows the journey of Marcelo, a 25 year-old gay guy, through Sao Paulo's nightlife, in an obsessive search to fulfill his desires. Some love affairs after, he can't feel satisfied. Along his night journey, Marcelo realizes he doesn't even know what he is looking for, therefore revealing his loneliness. Before the night gets over, Marcelo invites a close friend to sleep over and feel less alone.

Tete hates her feet. When she meets Hector, a gracious boy of Chinese descent, she decides to change her looks.

With executive production by Fernando Meirelles and direction by Fred Luz, actors Alexandre Rodrigues and Edson Oliveira are Buscapé and Barbantinho, two friends who meet again in today's City of God: bigger, more diverse and connected.
