Docu-film directed by Carlo and Luca Verdone realized on 2013 in occasion of the tenth anniversary from the actor’s death happened on 24th February 2003. Through this documentary Verdone’s brothers with deep respect towards the Roman actor trace an affectionate and sincere portrait not only about an Artist but, above all, about a man with his habits, his ideas, his tics, his vices and his virtues. And for the first time Mrs Aurelia – Alberto Sordi’s sister who is dedicated the documentary – opens the doors of the beautiful house of Via Druso where the actor has lived since 1958. In this way we are led by Carlo Verdone (a sort of Virgilio whose Dante Alighieri wrote about but we are not in the Hell but in the Seven Heaven where there is the source of the Italian Cinema) and on the tips and staying in silence we can go into the rooms of this wonderful house which reveals the true, authentic character of Alberto Sordi.

A TV series composed of eleven episodes and a conclusion, it aired in six one-hour programs starting on October 6, 1985. Lasting about half an hour each, the episodes are separated by intermissions starring three characters: Good, Evil, and Destiny. LA MORTE PORTA CONSIGLIO: At her father's deathbed, a daughter asks the man to tell her the winning Lotto numbers once he makes it to the after-life. But the man is offended by the modest funeral he receives and has fun playing pranks on his daughter. IL FATTACCIO: a doorman is paid to show an apartment in which something gruesome happened. Determined to keep the extra work, he invents increasingly grisly stories to keep interested buyers away. LADRI: two thieves in a working-class neighborhood have tragicomic adventures. L’IMBIANCONE: a very shy man enters a shoe store to buy a pair of shoes and seduce the female shop owner.

A Futurist documentary on Futurism, "Art/Life: The Futurist Revolution" follows the creation of the Futurist art movement in early 20th century Italy as it was dreamed up by Filippo Marinetti following a driving accident. The documentary features reenactments, commentary from scholars and critics, and as of yet unpublished archival images and artworks. Verdone incorporates into his documentary the stylistic elements of speed, dynamism, simultaneity, technology, and modernity which inspired the Futurism movement in its many manifestos on all elements of artistic and everyday life.
