High school student Kyosuke Shikijo is the most talented member of the school's martial arts of the fist club. His late father was detective and Kyosuke share his father's strong sense of justice. Kyosuke also has a secret. Kyosuke likes to wear female underwear and transforms himself into the alter ego "Hentai Kamen," wearing female underwear and gaining superhuman powers. This unusual interest also comes from his parents, with his father a masochist and his mother a sadist. By chance, Kyosuke gets the underwear of female high school student Aiko Himeno. With her underwear, he gains various pervert techniques and attempts to protect Aiko from a dirty and heinous teacher.

The story is set in an ancient time, when the whole country was covered in thick forests. A mysterious plague breaks out, resulting in countless deaths. Resurrected by the power of Buddha, Yoshihiko, Murasaki, Merebu and Danjo are told to defeat the devil king. The devil king has seven weak points which they must attack if they are to be able to succeed. Only destined people can go on offensive. The party of four set off on a new, dangerous journey around the world in search of these seven warriors with the pearls of destiny to bring down the devil king and return peace to the world. Guided by Buddha, they reach a village, but there are no signs of people. When Merebu calls out after finally spotting a human figure, the person’s face sends them fleeing hastily and they spend a night hiding in a small hut. Will they be able to save the world again?

This season is going to be set 100 years after Yuusha Yoshihiko to Maou no Shiro. It will star all the main characters from the first season.

Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store tells the story of part-time convenience store worker Matsukoma, and the new part-time worker, Tomoharu Nii, nicknamed Nietzsche-sensei. Okita’s older sister, Mitsuba, visits the quarters of the Shinsengumi to announce her marriage to the trader Kuraba Toma. The two siblings spend time together. Mitsuba worries that her brother has no friends and in order to assure her, he introduces Sakata Gintoki, who happened to pass by, as his best friend. Meanwhile, there are reports of strange boats going in and out of Edo. Hijikata Toshiro investigates this and it turns out that the incident has an unexpected link to Mitsuba.

Hatanaka Kosaku is a talented boxer who turned pro at the age of 19, winning his debut match with a first round KO. He is talented, but he has no guts. His uncontrollable appetite is an even bigger problem. He can't put himself in the right weight class, he runs out of energy because of hunger, and he gets knocked out while his eyes are set on food at the ringside. However, Kosaku's life changed when he met Sister Angela, a novice nun in the convent near his boxing gym. She became the source of his power, and Kosaku fights only to win her heart.
