T. finds a letter. Instead of just dropping it in a mailbox, he decides, conscientious as he is, to deliver it personally. He wanders the entire world, discovers astounding forms of existence, but cannot be hindered from his duty and keeps looking until he finally finds the address. There, he finds out that he has delivered his own judgment.

Married with a young daughter, a 30-year-old woman yearns to return to her working life as a translator, to the confusion and consternation of her husband, a prosperous engineer. A formally stringent adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House.

Lena is married to bricklayer Albert and has three children. While the offspring rebel more and more openly and massively against their father's entrenched ideas and values as they get older, Lena takes the path of silent protest. But even this provocative method has an effect after a while. In this way, after 15 years of marriage, Lena manages to free herself from the role of the oppressed wife.
