Karaoglan: The Hero Came from Altai

"Karaoğlan - Camoka'nın İntikamı" is the third adaptation based on a famous Turkish historical comic book by Suat Yalaz.

In this follow-up to "Karaoğlan – Altay’dan Gelen Yiğit", Kartal Tibet reprises the role that launched his career. The film is set in Byzantine Constantinople and features Emel Turgut, Engin Inal and Reha Yurdakul.

The city governor feels that his death is approaching, so he summons his friend Sheikh Hesham (Emad Hamdi) to succeed him after his death, and brings with him the knight (Karim Khan) to take over the security affairs of the state.

Karaoğlan, orphaned during a brutal betrayal in Genghis Khan’s court, is rescued and raised by a kindly innkeeper after the villainous Tokta Bey murders his people to seize the hidden treasure. As he grows, he embarks on a dangerous quest to locate Khan’s lost fortune and reclaim his heritage.

After the First World War, the Allies occupy Istanbul.
