"Nossa História" was the ninth tour of the Brazilian duo Sandy & Junior, held between July and November 2019. The tour marks the reunion of the duo twelve years after their last shows in 2007. The show, recorded in São Paulo, was first released exclusively for Globoplay, and later made available on DVD.

The reunion of a couple and their recollections of a broken love.

Brazil 1970. Zé walks away from his upper-middle-class life and joins the resistance against the military regime. Together with his partner Bete, he abandons public life to fight the system, while also raising two kids. Based on the life of José Carlos Novais da Mata-Machado who died under torture at the age of 27, falsely accused of betraying his companions.

The Maxakali possess a remarkable plastic and sound refinement revealed in drawings, paintings, clothes, songs and poems. These people have hundreds of years of history. He populated a vast territory, which he traveled nomadicly, from the interior of Minas Gerais and Bahia, to the Atlantic. Today, the Maxakali Indians number around 1,200 people who live in Minas Gerais, in a small territory, between the cities of Santa Helena and Bertópolis. They live under a shadow of poverty widely publicized in newspapers and on television. The film searches for what is missing in the news: the richness of its graphics, its language, its everyday life. Ãgtux means “telling stories”

Threshold narrates a story of love and mystery which takes place in an old house inhabited by the young Maria, whose fame as a saint extends well beyond the mountains of the interior of Brazil. The arrival of two new characters has a disturbing affect on Maria: a traveler, for whom "Holy Maria" develops an intense passion, and Aunt Emiliana, an elderly lady determined to prepare for the great miracle.
