As always, Sickan has come up with a new plan. This time he wants to rob the IKEA furniture store. During their nightly break-in Sickan discovers that the store is used as a secret smuggling central for sending American computers to the Soviet Union. The computers are picked up by Soviet submarines sneaking into the Swedish archipelago. Naturally, it is their arch enemy Wall-Enberg who is behind all of this.

In the small working community, the entry in the local newspaper hits like a bomb. The signature "Leif" claims that the town's large arms company Rotum exports weapons illegally. Gunnar Volt, CEO of Rotum, gets a shock. Imagine that someone has the audacity to say that about the community's pride Rotum - even if it now happens to be true. He immediately gathers the management and everyone agrees: Leif must be found - and stopped. But who is this mysterious Leif?

Allis and Ann are best friends. But one day, when the girls are about twelve years old, Ann is killed in a road accident, and Allis becomes very cold inside and doesn't want any new friends. Her parents start working abroad and therefore, she has to live with her grandparents (who are the landlord and landlady of a big house) and begin going to a new school, where everybody teases her, because she is so odd and doesn't want to make friends with anyone. There is also another odd person who is teased in the class, Sigge, who is a Polish immigrant. When a bird gets hurt and Sigge takes care of it, Allis wants to help him somewhat. And after she let Sigge into the big house where she lives, nothing becomes the same and things start to happen, both in the house and in Allis's heart.

A man is found shot dead in the trunk of a car. Four fingers on one hand have been cut off. The man was a co-owner of an online poker company that quickly grew into a multi-million dollar business before going bankrupt. Shortly thereafter, another co-owner is found murdered. The investigation leads Irene Huss into a world unknown to her, of expensive luxury cars and magnificent villas in exclusive locations, where Russian caviar is an everyday food and the champagne is genuine, expensive, and constantly flowing. On a personal level, Irene is convinced that her husband Krister is having an affair.

Vanheden and Dynamit-Harry, together with Harry's fiancée Doris, are in Mallorca while Sickan is still in Stockholm. However, Wall-Enberg talks him into doing a break-in at Las Palmas cathedral in Mallorca. Once persuaded, he can't resist the temptation and travels to Mallorca as well. However, Wall-Enberg obviously can't be trusted. Sickan is framed, caught and put in jail. While being escorted home to Sweden again, Vanheden and Harry sets up a plan to break him free. Sickan, once free, wants payback. The gang discover that an antiques dealer called Germann has something to do with the whole thing and that she's also collaborating with Wall-Enberg. The gang then decide to take a closer look at her and her antiques and they discover that there's a heist being planned against the cathedral in Palma.

It's summer and young Sickan, Vanheden and Harry devise an ingenious plot to get an autograph from the famous Dani D., who doesn't sign them.

The young Jönsson gang's plan to steal "millions of filmisar" faces problem after problem before uncovering something much greater.
