Kuttimaran lusts after his friend Raghavan's wife and spreads false stories about himself and her, as they were once betrothed.

Sugunan is the typical male chauvinist who thinks a wife is meant to cook, clean and take care of the house. His wife Bindu suffers silently for many years when an incident makes her take a drastic step.

Solomon was practically raised by his teachers Anna and Mari. He mysteriously shows up one day years later when they are both retired in a hill-station, offering to live with them and take care of their affairs. The teachers are elated, and Solomon quickly works his magic to liven up things, in the process starting a little romance with the teachers' nurse . Unfortunately, a turn of events brings out the real reason behind Solomon's sudden migration to the hills.

After school hours, he can be seen with his friends in the local bar or at thekkinkad maithanam where they play cards. He is dissatisfied with his life and wife. He befriends some young men of the new generation whose lifestyle tempts him to take up their style. The film follows the events that follow as a flashback from his son.

Gauri: The Unborn is a 2007 Hindi film directed by Akku Akbar, starring Atul Kulkarni and Rituparna Sen Gupta. It received great critical acclaim, but commercially was an average grosser. The film was produced by Shogun Films. [1] It was remade as a Malayalam film, Kana Kanmani (2009) directed by Akku Akbar.
