However, the cameras soon leave the storyteller and switch to the tale being told.

Dracula: The Series is a short-lived syndicated children's horror television series developed by Glenn Davis and William Laurin, about Count Dracula (aka Alexander Lucard; A. The Little Lulu Show is an animated television series, based on the Marjorie Henderson Buell comic book character Little Lulu. The show was produced by CINAR Animation after Marge's death in 1993, and aired on HBO Family and Cartoon Network in the United States and on, CTV, and the Family Channel in Canada from 1995 to 1999. In Canada, reruns are currently being shown on both the English and French versions of Teletoon Retro. The series centered on the life and adventures of Lulu Moppet and Tubby Thompkins. Between stories, they showed stand-up comedy that Lulu hosted. This show is not to be confused with Little Lulu and Her Little Friends, an anime TV series featuring the same characters made in 1976.

Hey Joel is an American animated television series. It is about Joel Stein, the host of a three-minute rock-star interview show on VH1 called "3 minutes with Joel". However, he is anything but respectful to his famous guests, often badgering them with aggressive, pointless, irreverent, and often insulting questions. Jon Cryer provides the voicing for the part of Joel. His coworkers include Michele, his producer, on whom he has a crush; Kevin, his production assistant; Leif, his nemesis, who is VH1's star; and Z, the all-business head of programming. The band Fountains of Wayne performs their own original compositions for the show, and appear as animated characters during the musical sequences. After an initial run on VH1 in 2003, the show was picked up by Teletoon, and episodes continue to air in Canada. The first season was made available on DVD June 24, 2008.
