In Autumn of 1991, a Croatian soldier looses his wife and home to Serbian forces. Panicked, he grabs his daughter and, with nowhere else left to go, they leave for Zagreb, hoping to find shelter there. But, it turns out the streets of the war torn capitol are not much more safe nor pleasant than the village they had to leave behind.

Operation Barbarossa is a kids TV show, based on the novel The Mysterious Boy by Ivan Kušan. It is a story about a boy who for some time lives in the belief that he is to blame for the death of a friend, a peer, who drowned in the Sava river. In order to cover up his death, the boy takes his name (because he had just come to Zagreb when he disappeared) also goes to another school. Thus, in two shifts (before noon - afternoon), he tries to be a student in two schools and gets into many dramatic situations. The riddle is, of course, solved by Kušan's main character Koko.

During the Croatian War of Independance, Ana's home was raided, her family killed and she herself raped by a Serbian soldier named Mihajlo. Years have gone by, Ana had moved to Zagreb, found a boyfriend and managed to atleast partially get over her trauma. However, when she recognizes Mihajlo from the dozens of patrons in a bar, her painful memories flood right back. She tries to turn to bother her boyfriend and the police for help, but, when neither of them believe her, she's forced to take the situation into her own hands.

The adventures of a small town Croatian family during the 1960s. The decade will leave eternal marks on all of their members, but most of the story focuses on the youngest one, a boy, Frula, who discovers the love and fashion of the time.

All attempts by the natives to bring them into order are unsuccessful, so they hatch a conspiracy. But their revenge will have serious consequences...

TV drama written by Milan Begović that tells about the pathological jealousy between a man and a woman.

Old houses in Zagreb are destroyed in order to build new, bigger blocks. A teacher who lives in one of these houses allows a stranger to share his home with him. The stranger has a fascination with statistics, and claims he can predict crimes based on statistical analyses. When a predicted murder did not occur, the stranger is adamant that the whole town will suffer unless a balance is achieved - and he leaves.

Director Tribuson demonstrates a deft talent for juggling comic romantic disasters from a woman’s point of view as her characters negotiate the bamboozling ways of love. Middle-aged Verica (acclaimed actress Marinković) pours her heart into her café’s pastries, but she can’t seem to find a like-minded lover until a duplicitous handyman with pheromones to spare and an eye for the ladies sets off a chain of unforeseen adventures all tied together by one fateful plate of tasty treats.
