Set in the late 18th century during the early stages of the British Raj, the film tells the story of twin brothers separated at birth. Pulikesi XXIII, the foolish elder brother, becomes a puppet of his uncle, the Chief Minister, while Ukraputhan, the wise younger brother, becomes a patriot intent on saving his land and his brother.

Unable to tolerate society's injustices and devastated by rejection from the woman he loves, a meek lawyer develops a split personality: one side a vengeful vigilante killer punishing evildoers, the other a dashing playboy capable of winning her heart. Complications arise when the three sides begin to collide.

Kicha is a modern-day Robin Hood, who along with his friend, Mani, steals from the rich to aid the poor. In society, he is a respected man who runs a small business.

The plot of the film illustrates the embankment of two friends on a quest for a lost buddy, who was once an optimistic and successful student. The story revolves around two unemployed youths who are struggling to make ends meet. At one situation they blame the God for all their sufferings. The God appears and decide to stay with them. Realizing the power of God resides in a "Galaxy Box" the youths steal it. By stealing it they become God and God ends up becoming a normal man. While the youths misuse the power the God as a man works hard and progresses up the status ladder. Later he makes them understand that everyone's destiny is in their own hands. As God being the main protagonist there are many sequences that reflects the current world affairs.

The father of twin brothers wants to get them married to only twin sisters. But one of the brothers falls in love with a woman does not have a twin sister.
