Lara's Choice: The Lost Prince

In Autumn of 1991, a Croatian soldier looses his wife and home to Serbian forces. Panicked, he grabs his daughter and, with nowhere else left to go, they leave for Zagreb, hoping to find shelter there. But, it turns out the streets of the war torn capitol are not much more safe nor pleasant than the village they had to leave behind.

Two bumbling police detectives operate (often very miserably) in a wacky village called Svetkovina.

After the high-profile arrest of drug cartel member Željko Matić-Željac, the police are investigating the murder of Gabriela Ochoa from Mexico, who was wrongly declared dead seven years ago, and its connection with the recent murder of the police chief, as they suspect that Matić is continuing his criminal activities from prison.

The plot of the series takes us to Zaglav, the road to the remote area divides Zaglav into two opposing camps, on one side is the Macan family, newly rich and guest workers, and two opposing camps. All three families are connected by a godfather and interest will clash in the race for money and decide the fate of the place.

It deals with unexpected romance between a salesgirl and a police inspector.

A scientist Nikola Tesla is working in his underground secret laboratory. He is trying to build a robot but after some time abandons the project and the lab. At one point, the robot unexpectedly wakes up. He is an inventor himself, he tidies up the lab and starts working but soon he feels bored and lonely and proceeds to change that.

Horvatovi follows a blended family as children, teens, and parents navigate everyday misunderstandings, small life lessons, and generational clashes while adapting to the complexities of living together.
