The End of a Mystery

Verónica (Maru Valdivielso) is a young executive who works in a dairy company. One day before going on holiday to the carnivals of Rio Janeiro, the company is blackmailed by a batch of poisoned yogurts. The president of the company gives a heart attack and Veronica goes to visit him to the hospital. There he meets a young man (Pablo Carbonell) who runs away from someone who wants to kill him. Suddenly, the young woman is involved in a series of entanglements, blackmail and persecutions, caused by men who cross their path, all obsessed with crazy love for a puzzling woman fatal.

Lorenzo is a market operator, who has just separated from his French wife. He is feeling very lonely, and his partner and friend decides to `bring him back to night life', going to nightclubs and meeting some women. However, this behavior does not fit with the personality of Lorenzo, and his friend shows him a place where he could buy an Asian wife after a trial period. Lorenzo gets enthusiastic with the idea, and brings a gorgeous woman, who does not speak Spanish, but is an excellent housekeeper, cook and lover. Lorenzo falls in love with her, and before they get married, he starts suspecting she has a lover. He decides to follow her, when many secrets are revealed.

Tony is a young crook preparing for a bank robbery with her boyfriend Juanjo and their low-life partners Maxi and Moco. Right before they commit the crime, Juanjo informs Tony that his prostitute sister wants him to take her young daughter Laura to visit the girl's father, a flamenco singer in the Spanish southern coastal town of Tarifa. Juanjo persuades the initially reluctant Tony that Laura will provide the couple with a perfect cover after they relieve their partners of the robbery's earnings. Unfortunately, though the robbery comes off without a hitch, the duplicitous Juanjo absconds with the cash, making Tony and Laura fugitives both from the law and from the psychotically angry Maxi and Moco.
