Sword of the Conqueror

A comedy set behind the scenes at Cinecittà studios in Rome during the war, focusing on a famous, demanding tenor and his love interest.

Two women, Tina, who is a pizza chef, and Lisa, who runs a shop, can't stand each other, but they have a nephew and a daughter respectively, who love each other.

Young Italian journalist Stefano Andriani travels to Albania, where he falls in love with Eliana, a local girl, and she with him. One day, Andriani comes across the tribal chief Hasslan Haidar, an opponent of King Zog's regime, wounded by the royal guards. He saves him, taking him to his village, and makes a "blood pact" with him, which makes them brothers. Later, the journalist accidentally discovers that the tribal chief is Eliana's brother, and he must therefore give up his plans for marriage. In addition, the chief of police in Tirana tries to exploit the situation to turn Hasslan against Andriani. The arrival of Italian troops, who conquer Albania, resolves everything and allows the misunderstanding to be cleared up.

A famous singer abandons his wife and goes to live abroad with a woman he met in a nightclub. A car accident upsets his life - he loses his job and his new love but he regains his sons and peace of mind.

Christina of Sweden, in exile in Rome, takes a handsome Italian officer as her lover. But he is in love with the very young wife of an elderly count. After many adventures, duels, settling of old scores, the officer and the countess get married. Former Queen Christina finds herself another captain of the guard.

Two chorus girls leave Milan to get to the famous Totò's theatre company. Unfortunately the bus they are on breaks down and they ask for a lift, but the driver gets too fresh with them and they decide to continue the journey with any means of transport, including bicycles.

Baron Oddo de Serra who is cruel to his subjects, is neighbor of the Count Gualtiero of Roccalta. The servants of the baron cross the lands of Count to escape his abuses. Baron hatches a plot to assassinate the earl.
