Coaching is a phenomenon of our time – the promised fast track to finding yourself. The film follows Pille, Armin and Lii as they begin working with a personal coach, to see where it takes them. Pille wants to earn €20,000 a month. Lii wants to get better at setting personal boundaries and stop dealing with toxic men. Armin’s goal is to become a better version of himself and become a life coach himself. Will they reach their goals, or will life have other plans? Warm, funny and sharp, the film takes an intimate look at the protagonists’ search for themselves and makes us wonder why we are so intent on becoming better, more successful and happier. Is it even possible to become who we want to be?
