Redback

Created in just 48 hours as part of the TAKE48 2025 filmmaking challenge, held by the Sydney Underground Film Festival. Each team was required to include three key elements: • A mystery item: an egg • A line of dialogue: “That’s not how you do it.” • A bonus theme: a visual match cut. Cracked was written, shot and edited over a single weekend, earning 3rd Place overall and the award for Best Post-Production in the 2025 competition.

Set immediately after the events of CUT, Madeline and R must deal with the crushing fallout of their first encounter. Juggling both the physical and psychological trauma of what was and is to come, they realise their problems are bigger than just what's on screen.

Set at the peak of the Australian Gold Rush, a young grave digger seeks vengeance for the death of his brother from a wealthy town Commissioner.

Isolated in the depths of a foreign ocean, Emily must confront her guilt ridden past to survive her new dangerous reality.
