Veleslav is a young man who lives in a village and was raised in the old faith. His beloved, Anna, is a girl from a Christian family; her father is категорически against their relationship, but that doesn’t stop them from being together. Veleslav is drafted into the army. After his return, he finds out that Anna didn’t wait for him and, for unclear reasons, left for the city. Veleslav sets out to find the girl and bring her back. However, after he manages to find his beloved, a big surprise awaits him.
