A person suffering from depression constructs a fictional world in which they awaken as a knight in an open-world video game from the 2000s. Before them lies a lonely path, and slowly the programmed boundaries of this world begin to open up.

It is not an irony of fate, but of a sick system. The "Bündnis für Pflege Dresden" speaks with former employees, politicians, and activists who have witnessed hospital closures firsthand. Light is shed on the opaque, profit-driven hospital system, while highlighting paths forward. Because one thing is clear: a humane healthcare system is possible—it just has to be fought for.
