The second story of this drama revolves around Fitrah and Ramadhan, a married couple who work as frontliners during Covid-19. The increase in Covid-19 cases in Malaysian society results in all hospitals being filled with infected patients, including Fitrah's parents who also test positive for Covid. Pregnant Fitrah is unaware that she has been infected with this dangerous virus until it eventually claims her life. The next story centres on Radhi who is very selfish as he avoids telling those around him that he has been infected with the virus and continues to do business and meet with resellers.

The story recounts the hardships Siti Zubaidah endured while tracking down her husband, Sultan Zainal Abidin—who had been abducted—a journey that forced her to give birth in the forest. Siti Zubaidah later encountered pirates and discovered belongings that belonged to her husband. Meanwhile, the Sultanah ordered a commander to secretly search for the Sultan.
