I’m Lost, Mama!

Three members of an extended Afghan family start their lives over in Iran as refugees, unaware they face a decades-long struggle ahead to be "at home".

A boy starts a surreal journey when he walks into a bizarre house where he encounters a series of dream- like incidents that leads him to death. However, when he resurrects, he must encounter his own inevitable truth.

The film follows Sarah, a middle-aged woman living in Tehran, whose life is turned upside down when her older brother's body is discovered 18 years after his disappearance. As she and her younger brother uncover the dark truth behind his fate, they are forced to confront a childhood mistake that had devastating consequences.
