Pregnant Fitrah is unaware that she has been infected with this dangerous virus until it eventually claims her life. The next story centres on Radhi who is very selfish as he avoids telling those around him that he has been infected with the virus and continues to do business and meet with resellers.

Aniq (played by Aiman Hakim) is married to Aishah (Sharifah Husna), the only daughter of Dr. Nazir (Datuk Yusry Abdul Halim).
