Though she smiles through it all, she finds herself unable to move forward. After consulting her therapist, she decides to go for a run. Along the way, she learns that change isn't something to fear, but something to embrace. Sometimes, the only thing standing between who you are and who you could become is a pair of shoes that no longer fit. In the end, she realizes the dog days are, indeed, over.
