A story of Qaseh Arina (Adiba Yunus) raised by her grandmother, Nek Dew (Liza Abdullah). Nek Dew is a well-known midwife with many tips. Ever since she was a child, Qaseh has been following her grandmother receiving the birth of the babies and Qaseh wants to be like her grandmother. Each of the Nek Dew tips, Qaseh notes down on her notebook. Nek Dew's tips were brought to Qaseh until she continued her studies at a university in Kuala Lumpur. Qaseh had a lot of heartwarming moves with Nek Dew's tips to the point that it was used on her university friends. The townspeople do not believe Qaseh's tips. However, Qaseh's tips help solve the problem of Nash (King of Afiq), a rich and handsome guy but with a bad body odor. Since then they have been good friends. Many acts of the tips that made her roommate admitted to the hospital because of allergies due to Qaseh's ingredients. Qaseh was scolded and driven out of their rental home. What will happen to Qaseh? Does he still adhere to the Nek Dew tips? The emergence of a mysterious woman who claims to be Qaseh's "mother" made the last two episodes full of questions. Who exactly is she? Why was Qaseh allowed to grow up with her Grandmother when her mother was still alive?

Tells about a girl named Marina who is determined to find a better life in Kuala Lumpur, but she is caught in a rather complicated and risky relationship between her love with Haqiem (Remy Ishak) and her desire to live richly with Dato' Fahad (Hisyam Hamid).

# The story follows a woman caught between her dream of having her husband's love and accepting the reality that her husband loves another woman. Aisyah marries Taufiq believing her husband is sincere towards her. In truth, Taufiq never loved Aisyah. Instead, Taufiq only uses Aisyah at the insistence of his mother, Saodah, who wants to enjoy the comfort and wealth that Aisyah possesses. In secret, Taufiq has another wife named Suraya (Azar Azmi) whom he married a month after his marriage to Aisyah. Taufiq is clever at hiding this marriage so that Aisyah cannot directly discover it. Taufiq often speaks ill of Aisyah in front of Suraya. He constantly complains that he is unhappy with Aisyah and how he tries to take care of Aisyah's feelings, but Aisyah does not respect him as a husband. Instead, he claims that Aisyah belittles him as a man who comes from a poor village. All these fabricated stories cause Suraya to hate Aisyah.

From a young age, Qaseh has accompanied Nek Embun in welcoming the birth of babies and wishes to become like her grandmother. Qaseh records every remedy of Nek Embun in her notebook. She brings Nek Embun's remedies with her until she continues her studies at university in Kuala Lumpur. Various heartwarming actions are performed by Qaseh using Nek Embun's remedies, so much so that she is called old-fashioned by her university friends. City people do not believe in Qaseh's remedies. However, Qaseh's remedy succeeds in helping solve the problem of Nash (Raja Afiq), a handsome and wealthy bachelor but who has a body odor problem. Since then they become good friends.

The year 1990, a road junction in a village named Kampung Simpang-Simpang is said to be haunted. The appearance of a guardian spirit known as the Penunggu Simpang. This Penunggu Simpang resembles a very beautiful woman with hair that reaches down to the ground. Her smile causes anyone who encounters her to become very frightened. Tok Ketua finishes telling a group of mischievous children who are riding their bikes 'lajak' style. Tok Ketua informs them that at this junction there is a guardian spirit. Whoever causes trouble will be bothered by the Penunggu Simpang. The mischievous children promise not to ride their bikes lajak style at that junction anymore. SUB PLOT – Tok Ketua has a son named Cikgu Norman. Norman is in love with Deana, the daughter of Hj Khair, a Resort Project Manager. Tok Ketua, however, does not like Deana because Deana once accidentally cursed Tok Ketua when Tok Ketua was hit by Deana's car. At that time, Deana had not yet met Cikgu Norman.

The story follows Sofea, a daughter who is disobedient to her mother and neglects her responsibilities as a mother to her son, Haris. When Haris was young, his father passed away without leaving any inheritance, burdening his mother, Sofea, forcing her to work hard to earn income. To increase her income, Fatimah, Sofea's mother, suggests that Sofea take makeup classes. Sofea begins working in the makeup field and has somewhat helped increase Sofea's income. Unfortunately, Sofea's love and care for Haris begin to be neglected when she marries Iqbal. However, the marriage does not last long when Iqbal is involved in an accident, causing Sofea to lose her savings. The story follows Fikri (Adi Putra), an entrepreneur who married Hanani (Elly Mazlein) while they were both studying at university. Hanani is not yet ready to have children and takes contraceptive pills as she wants to focus on their final year of studies. Fikri disagrees with Hanani's actions but Hanani remains firm in her decision. In their household, Hanani is more dominant and Fikri often gives in to keep Hanani happy. The conflict intensifies as Hanani increasingly disrespects Fikri as her husband, especially as her Spa business becomes more successful. This situation causes Fikri to be extremely stressed and he suffers a heart attack while driving, hitting Taufik in the process. Fortunately, Taufik's injuries are not serious but he remains hospitalized. During their hospital stay, Taufik frequently visits Fikri in his ward. Fikri asks about Taufik's purpose, as he is also a religious teacher from Cambodia, in coming to Malaysia.

A story about 3 sisters, Alya, Aimy and Alisa, who have each started their own families. Alya and Aimy married ordinary men living modestly. Meanwhile, Alisa married the son of a wealthy man and lives a luxurious lifestyle. Her lavish life makes Alisa arrogant and she often taunts her sisters who live modestly. Even her children frequently compare their expensive possessions to those of their cousins.

# The Story of Aireen Husna and Adam Firdaus The story tells of Aireen Husna, an architect who frequently encounters Adam Firdaus at the mosque she regularly visits. Aireen falls in love with Adam even though she cannot identify who he really is. Aireen dreams of a devout husband and yearns for a love as pure as the love between Prophet Muhammad and Siti Khadijah. Impressed by Siti Khadijah's sincerity in winning over the Prophet, Aireen begins to inquire about Adam's identity and proposes to him. Adam is confused by Aireen's proposal. Pressure from Tok Wan who wants Adam to marry Liyana does not please Adam. However, in the end, Adam chooses to accept Aireen's proposal. Adam's agreement to marry Aireen delights all family members except Tok Wan, who feels Adam is being disrespectful. Tok Wan is angry that Adam has rejected her choice. Her anger escalates when Adam and Aireen remain together despite her efforts to prevent it.

Only then does he realize that he has never been grateful for God's blessings. Then he remembers Adam who has not received love and affection, and begins to show him love and care.

Mawardah, an orphan raised by her aunt. She manages her family's batik business in Terengganu. Since childhood, Mawar has been good friends with Adi, the owner of a café, and considers Adi like her own brother. Amar, a young man from Kuala Lumpur, is also in Terengganu handling a construction project belonging to his father's company, Dato Hashim. In one incident, Amar's car hits Mawar's car and from that event onwards they begin to be friends. The meeting plants the seed of love in Amar's heart for Mawardah. However, before love can be expressed, Mawardah is married to Hakim, the son of a close friend of Mawardah's late mother, without realizing that this man is Amar's biological brother. The marriage disappoints Amar and he then leaves for a neighbouring country. In fact, Mawardah was never informed that Hakim already had a previous wife, Fatin. Hakim and Fatin's marriage abroad was opposed by Hakim's family.
