Para onde foram os dragões?

Helena Maria Balbinot, a countryside teacher from the south of Brazil, exchanged letters during 24 years with Brazilian modernist poet Carlos Drummond de Andrade. The movie reveals part of these letters. Through scenes of poetry and extreme beauty, this friendship is reinvented in the audience eyes. A meeting between the poems of Drummond and the particular universe of Helena Maria.

Exterínio proposes a reflection on the lives of trans women in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, based on a murder that occurred in 2016. Memories, provocations, life stories that intersect in a plot about the difficulties of living and being trans in the interior of the country that most murders trans women in the world.

The film After Midnight narrates Lucas and Gabriel's love relationship. Using sequential plans, color psychodynamics and improvisation by the actors, he compares the love idealized in fairy tales to the stages of a real relationship.
