Saad enters a city and is chosen as the ruler of the city, and Saad finds some gold coins on his way, which a woman (Parveen Malkooti) and her maid (Shahnaz) steal from him. He finds a magic hat and stick. While hunting, Saad meets Mehtab (Marjan), the daughter of another emir; But….
