Set on New Year’s Eve. Elizabeth, an overworked intern at a long-forgotten government black site receives an other-worldly signal. It’s up to her, a cowardly general, the site’s near bankrupt financier and a plucky yet mysterious receptionist to respond. In a futuristic world like earth, androids act, feel and appear like humans. In a revolt, the androids aim to escape. Revyn and Ava almost break out until Ava is captured and Revyn is shot. When a scavenger reawakens Revyn in a scrapyard, he must journey far and wide, fight wasteland nomads and maintain what is left of his humanity, in hope of finding Ava.
