Pompiers au coeur de l'urgence

In the 1970s, Colonel Moren Brito ran Villa Grimaldi, one of the main torture centers of the DINA, the political police. Today, he leads a discreet life in a residential area of Santiago. Meet John Jairo Velasquez, better known as Popeye - Pablo Escobar's former lieutenant. At 54, he is now a star in his neighbourhood, but still a wanted man by his former enemies, making it impossible for him to move around without bodyguards.
