Tierra negra is a global view, understanding different aspects (social, geographic, geological, human, etc.), the Laciana Mining Valley. However, accurate localization is only a reference element, to analyze and discover, in a scientific and poetic way, global mechanisms present in the life of every community. Or something so trivial and complex at once as what makes it possible that every time I push a switch the light turns on?

For the protagonist, breathing therapy and anti-stress techniques become a starting point for a life change. He enters the world of freediving, i.e. diving while breadth-holding. Risking his life, he starts practicing holding his breath for increasingly longer periods of time. Where is the boundary of his capabilities?

The sea has always been a space where many fishermen have found beauty, calm and freedom. It is different nowadays, as they seem to easily find garbage and all kinds of pollution. This piece is an homage to the marine beauty they remember, a brief journey alongside these fishermen who work and fight to bring back what they once knew.
