In a clearing, amid tall grasses or in the king's orchard, wonderful worlds lie hidden: enchanting gardens and lush forests often reveal magnificent secrets. Hidden from view, insects, birds and even children enjoy extraordinary adventures.

It is Autumn; at the end of a branch hangs a red leaf. A little black bird comes along to water it when suddenly, a squirrel nicks the bird's bright green watering can. The bird follows the cheeky thief and so begins an exciting chase through the forest.

"The little bird has plenty of peace and quiet high up in its tree, at least until an unexpected guest shows up. The brash caterpillar's keen on devouring the green leaves that the little bird has cared for so tenderly. During the ensuing showdown, the two fail to notice that someone else is hard on their heels, and this character's craving a more savoury snack."

A little bird leaves its nest in pursuit of a leaf — but when a famished fox follows, the bird learns that sometimes you need to think on the fly!

After the little bird has fluttered across the Generation canvas in fall and winter episodes, a new adventure follows. It is springtime, and the little bird makes the acquaintance of the bees, but the voracious fox is already in pursuit.

A fish gets lost in a tidal pool and must win over the sea creatures that dwell there. A fart creates goodwill, and a strong community quickly develops. An underwater adventure painted with the colours and sounds of the sea.
