Eladio is a failed actor who has spent years in obscurity working maintenance at a TV station in the capital. When he’s forced to return to Maracaibo to care for his teenage niece —a fierce, guitar-playing rebel— their worlds clash. Amid loud music, insults, and generational conflict, Eladio accidentally reinvents himself as an acting teacher… and ends up entangled with one of the city’s most notorious crime syndicates. What follows is a hilarious, heartfelt, and uniquely Latin American story about rediscovery, family, and the absurdities of adulthood —at any age.

A detective, goes from Spain to the Venezuelan Guajira, hired by the king of Wuayuus, to protect her, Niña de Maracaibo (wife of King, who belongs to an aristocratic family in the city) the detective tries to discover a conspiracy greater than initially imagined. Where he is only one piece in a plot which mixes smuggling, power struggles and tribal magic. The clash of two opposite visions, the 'Western' Spanish researcher, and the 'native' the Wuayuu original owners of Caribbean, converts this format film apparently 'police' in a thesis film revealing the mystery of the still existing singular South American identity.

Pavo 90 is a medium-length film whose extravagant characters (Robbie, Darret and Luisda) take the viewer by the hand during a nostalgic trip through the Marabina (lol) society of the nineties, a trip during which our festive protagonists consume stuff, enjoy and spank next to a cassette new kids on the block in the repro of their Sierra Safiro, they pass daddy's American Express and venture into the vibrant Zuliana nightlife in the incessant search for a cuquita in which to wet their unruly glans
