Occupied Europe NATO Tour 1994-95

A film about the first Laibach album officially released in Yugoslavia. The record came out despite the political ban that was in place on the band's name at the time, in 1985 - but without the name or a title. A black cross on the cover was enough.

Laibach is a Slovenian avant-garde music group associated with industrial, martial, and neo-classical musical styles. They formed on June 1, 1980 in Trbovlje, Slovenia (then Yugoslavia). Laibach represents the music wing of the Neue Slowenische Kunst (NSK) art collective, of which it was a founding member in 1984. The name "Laibach" is the German name for Slovenia's capital city, Ljubljana.

Dolgcajt, ​​the first film in the series Music is the Art of Time, dedicated to groundbreaking Slovenian music records, tells the story of the debut of the group Pankrti.

A political drama with elements of a thriller discusses politics, electoral fraud, and the decay of moral values, taking place in the fictional town of Rovte under the idyllic Alps. Franta, a corrupt mayor, is about to lose the election. After a TV debate, where he fails utterly, Franta calls his mistress Jozica in desperation. She advises him to seek the aid of Fleischmann, a criminal who is the only one capable of solving the problem on such short notice. After all, there are only four days left until the elections.

An art-doc in which commissioners, curators, artists, delegates and visitors to the NSK State Pavilion ask themselves questions about the meaning of European cultural and political heritage, its past and future.

The aim of the series is to objectively present all the aspects and consequences resulting from the act of murder, thereby contributing to the culture of non-violence in the society.
