In 1977, in a small town outside Madrid, a man has committed his first murder. His obsession with Charles Manson and the Family guides his macabre acts. Through daily letters to the criminal leader, he seeks for recognition and connection, but never receives a reply from Manson.

Lorena wakes up once again in the same place. It's her little sister Carlita's birthday—every day is her birthday. Lorena has bought her a cake, but Carlita is acting very strange. When Lorena starts asking questions, it's already too late, and the loop begins again.
