Serhii Bondar used to be the head of the department in the center of the capital, but after a scandal at work, he had to give up his former job. The cooper gets a new partner - the lazy Petr Dzyuba and tries to get used to a quiet life on the outskirts. But, it turns out, he will not have to be bored. At DVRZ, order is established by a criminal gang, which is "crushed" by the local police. An honest policeman decides to fight crime.

This is a metaphorical story about the tragic and mysterious death of the most powerful poet of 1960s, human rights activist, hero of Ukraine Vasyl Stus and his struggle with the Soviet system. The events of the film unfold during the last attempt by the KGB to seduce the poet with a whimsical "freedom".

Youth story about the first sexual experiences. The heroine is trying to get rid of her virginity for the sake of modern stereotypes, not to be the 'old maid' or 'spinster' among her peers. The film demonstrates that sex should be as the next stage in romantic relations and as a result of love, but not the starting point of dating.
