A man dreams. Awake, he wanders the streets of London as memories of his dream resurface forming a bizarre theory. Reality is not quite the same now.

During a break on a rooftop, Teco, a young baker, notices the intriguing fall of a strange bird. He decides to venture to the next roof to have a closer look. This is only the beginning of a most unbelievable journey on the labyrinthine rooftops of Roma.

It is evening. Tarek is seventeen years old and is on his way to see his friends, who have asked him on the telephone to pass by the park first and buy a few grams of dope: nothing much, just enough for some fun. The boy buys the stuff in the dark park, but when he emerges finds that someone has seen him: a policeman in plain clothes, sitting in his own car. The man could simply confiscate the hash, intimidate him a little and then let him go, or he could decide to take him to the station and call his parents. But he opts for neither of these things. He tells the young man to get in the car and starts the engine. Where does he want to take him? The policeman is ambiguous, mysterious. What does he want from the teenager? Tarek is in check, he can’t just leave. The policeman makes him stay with him the whole night, driving around in apparently aimless fashion, stopping first in one place, then in another.

On their first day of work as dog sitters, Rana and Marti suffer the theft of the French bulldog who was entrusted to their care by a wealthy lady. A fast-paced comedy full of hair-raising situations with cult potential that has plenty of surprises in store. The very own world of the Roman suburbs, which is rarely honored in cinemas, is also captured convincingly.

Chickenpox is a harmless disease when caught as a child, but as an adult it can be very dangerous. When Mom finds out, she starts to worry about Charles, her little son, who has never caught it yet. He grows up fast and action must be taken now. She must find a way to make him sick. But does dad agree?

THE MATTRESS MAN tells the story of Guerrino, a man who chose to live his life without ever getting out of bed. The story is set in the 1990s and is told using the style and graphics of interviews from that era, enhanced by footage shot in Betacam format.
