Steve Spiegel was an ambitious filmmaker, for his first feature he decided to do a one-take action thriller, but this project ended up being cut short by an unfortunate accident.

"Standoff Kuleshov" is a short film re-enacting exploring two "effects" of cinematic language, the Kuleshov Effect and Einstein's interruption of time. "Standoff Kuleshov" takes these elements and creates a comedic twist on the iconic climactic scene in Sergio Leone's "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (1966).

With samples that mixes Nação Zumbi's tribal rhythms to the punk screak's of Black Flag. This one minute clip shows the references, sounds and ghosts that compouse and haunts Noel Bielecki's mind on his directional debut.

Pulsar, a short science film, talks about the connection between pulses of dead stars and its picturesque graphic that illustrates the somber cover of Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures. The short film won an award at the FEFICI exhibition (scientific film festival)
