Steven illustrates the physical and mental toll that the events of 2020 had on many people within the Asian American community. These experiences are symbolized through Steven's "blinks" as he recounts the year's significant events, including rising Anti-Asian hate, the Black Lives Matter movement, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Twice A Day" is a film exploring loss, love, and the reality of living with psychological disorders. This compelling narrative not only entertains, but also sheds light on the significance of mental health awareness and the impact of medication adherence.
