The Silence Within Bruno

The story of a girl who grows up full of dreams, with parents who didn't understand that her mischief hid her intelligence.

Teo, an intrepid child, lives with his father Luis in Lima, an electrician devoted to the creation of a strange machine. Lured by a feeling of independence, Teo joins a gang of young criminals, bringing turmoil to the relationship with his father.

Roger is forced by his mother to take care of his Nonno, Augusto, who suffers from senile dementia. Nonno's childish behavior, full of nonsense and occurrences, will put Roger through a desperate situation until his family returns.

An exploration of La Oroya, an Andean smelting town caught in the tides of pollution and capital drain. The film charts U.S.-led industrialization and Peruvian social history in the 20th and 21st centuries.
