By an absurd coincidence, two families who did not know each other at all rented the same cottage for New Year's Eve. There is no time to give up housing, so they are forced to somehow find a common language and get along under the same roof.

Nine-year-old Misha and his thirteen-year-old sister, Alisa, find themselves in the middle of a family turmoil: Mom dreams of the Maldives, Dad dreams of the Alps, and compromise seems impossible.
