What does a DIY publishing art collective, an activist samba percussion band and a queer community space have in common besides sharing a leaking roof above their heads? The film portrays the residents of Casa Zemstvei - an alternative culture space with a vibrant community in Chisinau throughout the eventful year of 2023, and their struggle to establish a sustainable cultural center, which was shaken by a hole that emerged suddenly in the ceiling and that apparently cannot be fixed.
