Dale spends the majority of his time transporting various goods to people while attempting to carve out a social life in-between. Eventually the weight of work, his declining health, pressure from his manager and decaying social relations become too heavy to bear.

Miss Me Yet takes a look back at the George W. Bush years and the destruction he left in his wake. The series was born out of the shared sweets with former first ladies, vacuous portraits of damaged war veterans, verbal tomfoolery on daytime talkshow sets, and the untold suffering of people who happen to have been born in the wrong place and the wrong time. There’s the way he both uses power, and does not use his power. There’s the way he feeds culture, and the way culture feeds him. Importantly: what did that do to all of us?

Dale lives a solitary life in a small town, his only outlet being conversations with the local pharmacist Mohammad. As time passes, Dale slowly begins to reveal more of his life and history to Mohammad.

Saeed braves an adolescent crush and an altercation with his best friend while his temperamental father Ali struggles to connect with him. Both they and the film are heading for a breakdown.

The two begin to open up to one another as the day progresses -- they kick off by commending the various allures of NYC and sitcom TV before diving into more serious topics such as grief, Islamophobia, Trump, and America.

Mohammad (Mohammad Dagman) hopes to enjoy a relaxing evening after work until an unnamed man (Greg Steinbruner) appears in his home, essentially kicking him out and furnishing him a new place to live. Mohammad, overwhelmed by the indifference of his independence, wanders around New York City while struggling to find his place in the world.

A lonely immigrant from Syria begins a friendship with a potentially dishonest American amputee.
