Another Kind

At a remote lake house in the Adirondack Mountains, a couple entertains an out-of-town guest looking for inspiration in her filmmaking. The group quickly falls into a calculated game of desire, manipulation, and jealousy, unaware of how dangerously intertwined their lives will soon become.

Consumed with the fear of failing, Lilli, a skeptical young painter crosses paths on the streets of Manhattan with Morrison, an obsessive compulsive writer who rarely escapes the confines of his car. In the most harrowing 48 hours of their lives, they are forced to come to terms with their past in order to feel worth of success and love. As we weave in and out of eight defective lives, Lilli and Morrison expose us to the sad truths of life as well as its wonderful possibilities.

The basic storyline of the film follows Bobby and Scott, two young men in their late twenties who are struggling to make careers out of their artistic dreams but their competitiveness with each other gets in the way.
