King & Jester: Forever

Yaroslav Kostrov, the boorish and quirky owner of a small transport company in Murmansk, by coincidence ends up in a Norwegian prison, where the comfort level resembles good hotels with all amenities and the Internet. But the only thing that connects Yarik with home is the Skype window, through which he will have to somehow get out of the circumstances, as well as resist the mafia, control his business, try not to lose his wife and raise children who refuse to be brought up by video.

A fantasy drama infused with music and horror fables based on the real story of the 'King and Jester', a cult Russian punk-rock band, enormously popular in the 1990-2000s. The show goes along the band's rocky road to success and tells the story of its polarizing-natured frontman Michael Gorshenev and his tragic death in 2013. Tricksters, evil spirits, noblemen, and other characters of the 'King and Jester' song verse make their way into the lives of Gorshenev and his bandmates.

In 1960 a secret rocket launch occurred, preceding the first manned flight into space. The spacecraft is damaged before it enters the orbit and crashes in the remote, frozen part of the world. The Soviet Russia of old is an immobile head without a body that appears in various locations, clashing with the morals and sentiments of a modern rich man. This man seeks advise from the head but finds that it is annoyingly unresponsive or unhelpful as it sends him on various missions and tests. At times he uses violence or oral rape to get what he wants until he grows too exasperated. Most of the movie consists of improvised dialogue or rants, and meandering scenes in a weapons shop, a railway, and a meeting where the man performs a bizarre magic performance with chickens, eggs and a cardboard box..
