Belém, northern Brazil, during the Círio de Nazaré. A miriti toy, fan of brega music, is rejected by his girlfrend. Looking for her, he lives some adventures in a miriti Belém, full of popular music and folklore.

The film tells an reinterpretation of the Adam and Eve story from Genesis animated on statues of mirití.

Follows a man who has cultivated a lifelong relationship with trees, centered on a specific Kapok specimen named 'Umassuma.' Upon the tree’s demise, the protagonist experiences a profound sense of bereavement, triggering a series of poetic memories that illustrate the ontological connection between his existence and the century-old tree.
