An updated, explicit version of the short film "Episodes", from the anthology film "The Way We Dream", documenting a young man's gloomy recollections of violent, self-loathing dreams and desires. With each thought, someone or something is lured out from the darkest corners of his house and his mind.

“The Way We Dream” is the third Anthology Film of the “Letterboxd Independent Filmmakers” Discord Server, for which eleven cinematic artists from around the globe came together to create Short Film Works centered upon the primary notion of “Dreams”.

In this piece of docufiction, each day of 2024 is represented by one minute of footage. Two transgender artists in a long-distance relationship film their personal lives for an entire year as a form of therapy. The project forces the couple to examine who they are as individuals, lovers, and artists in a world that threatens their existence.
