Ai Weiwei is shaken, but during the year on probation he steadily finds new ways to provoke and challenge the mighty powers of the Chinese authorities in his fight for human rights. Ai Weiwei strongly believes that China is ready for change. And he will do everything to make it happen.

At the same time she was the most award winning singer that year in her homeland Denmark with a best-selling album in her native language. Ironically she didn't live to see all this. After fighting for her break-through for 17 years, her success had only just begun to bloom, when a driver crashed her car on the way from performing at a stage show in Jamaica. In the car with her was her longtime best friend Karen Mukupa who survived the accident.

"Efterklang - The Makedonium Band" is a new music documentary directed by Danish filmmaker Andreas Johnsen. It follows Efterklang as they embark on a journey to Skopje in North Macedonia, to form a new band and create a show to be performed in front of the local freedom monument Makedonium. All within 6 days. With the help of Grga, a concert organiser from MKC Youth Cultural Centre, and by reaching out to local musicians through open calls, the band manages to form connections with a wide range of talented musicians from both the traditional and the contemporary scene of North Macedonia.
