To delve into the nature of the accounts, fortune tellers, pais de santo, mums-de-santo, and seers are consulted to predict futures, give advice, and explain why people are obsessed with loving and being loved.

Filmed with a Super 8, this independent production portrays discrimination among homosexuals themselves and stereotypes often attached to gay men. At a Carnival camp, two boys meet and get involved. One of them catches the other dressed as a woman. A disagreement ensues.

Marcia, a transsexual from Paraíba, tells a personal and intimate story about the dilemma of living the feminine universe in a man's body, while waiting to remove the last vestige of the sex that torments her existence.
