The documentary summons remembrances and memories of the fateful days in September 1974 when about 1,500 men from Malisbong and neighboring villages in Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, were killed while 3,000 women and children were forcibly taken to naval boats stationed nearby, where they encountered unspeakable horror. For 40 years, the survivors lived in relative silence, and now, they tell their stories.

The film follows Sab, a transporter for local drug cartels. Amidst an imminent war between her superiors, Sab also deals with her dying grandmother's last wish that she bear a child. When Sab learns that she's barren, this leads her to darker practices and revelations. Markado: Bakunawa sa Duha Ka-Manglahing Takna is the first ever full-length film to be completely made and produced by local filmmakers from Cagayan de Oro city.

Joe is a telewriter for GM8's biggest regional soap opera, Sa Pagtila Ng Ulan. Nearing their series finale, Joe is at odds with the soap opera showrunner, who wants a cliché ending for the show. A battle of external and internal conflicts arises as Joe tries to deal with the pressures of catering to the general audience's taste and his own creative fulfillment.
