They have been made through the voluntary work of all the participants, including actors and actresses such as Luis Tosar and Mabel Ribera. People who have something to tell, and have chosen the screen as their medium.

Santa Liberdade

Santa Liberdade tells the kidnapping of the Portuguese transatlantic ship "Santa Maria" at the beginning of the 60's.This was a political act aiming to call the world's attention on the dictatorships of Salazar and Franco, since also several Galician Franco's opponents took part in it.

Nation

A documentary that reconstructs the struggle of the female workers of a ceramic factory in Vigo (Galicia), closed in 2001.

Unpublished Visions

Four filmmakers working in the region of Galicia (in the northwest of Spain) follow and portray on the screen Galician artists working in disciplines of different nature. The result is four pieces around the creative process of these artists. Lois Patiño film their parents working on their paintings in their studio in Vigo, Jaione Camborda films dancer Janet Novás rehearsing for one of her pieces, Xisela Franco follows film director Margarita Ledo revisiting the location of her latest film Nation and Alfonso Zarauza reflects on the relationship between actress-director by putting together the work of Melania Cruz in two of their collaborations.

Galicia 1936-2011. Estudos sobre o filme de Carlos Velo

Three studies on Galicia (Carlos Velo, 1935), built from reels rediscovered in 2010 containing previously unseen footage. As Nuria Cubas notes, the film renews the spirit of the Misiones Pedagógicas: where authorship once dissolved into anonymity, here it multiplies through a shared purpose, becoming an act of fidelity to Galician land and to the images themselves — a raw, essential testimony finally recovered.
