Sano Sansar : Stories of Middleclass

Jodi No. 1 is a Nepali web series where chaos arrives early when Aman, an aspiring actor, prepares for a make-or-break audition while his wife Dia struggles to keep their finances—and sanity—intact. Upstairs, Sapana and Gaurab navigate the quiet tensions of their arranged marriage, where unspoken regrets and a simple request to travel stir unexpected conflict. As Aman’s artistic ambitions clash with Dia’s corporate pragmatism, and Sapana challenges Gaurab’s traditional views on gender and responsibility, this house becomes a stage for love, frustration, and the messy reality of modern relationships in Kathmandu.

A middle class family is thrown into chaos when the youngest daughter expresses her desire to go abroad, secrets and resentment hiding inside the exterior threatens to destroy the family from the inside.
