Push the One Who's Falling

A popular silent action-adventure film in 8 episodes released from 1914-1916. Directed by Aleksandr Chargonin et al., the series is only partially preserved.

Social drama. After the novel of the same name of Ibrahimbay Musabayov.

Not being able to implement his invention in his home country, engineer Arrowsmith, the author of the patent for ore flotation, goes to the USSR to work at one of the flotation plants, where he soon learns that a group of Soviet engineers is conducting similar work.

The movie tells about the first years of Nazism. In the center of the plot is a German student graduating from an institute and receiving a diploma with a gold medal for success in science. The same is honored by his Jewish friend Joseph Voltmeyer. During the solemn ceremony, Nazi students provoke a fight, beat Joseph and Ruddy, who stood up for him.

Spirka Spandyr, a petty crook and swindler, escapes from the Soviet Union after serving his sentence and soon becomes the pride of the White émigré community in Amsterdam — Baron Spirka von Spandyr.

Screen version of a mass performance held on November 7, 1920 on Palace Square with the participation of Proletkult artists and a crowd of several thousand people. The performance reproduced the events of the October coup d'état. Two platforms were built on Palace Square - "white" and "red".
